The drum ring clamps are designed to have a whole on its handle, which allows a T seal to go through. Once T seal is installed properly, it has to be broken before opening the drum clamp ring.
The size of drum bolt is determined by the diameter of the whole on drum lugs. Drum bolt with bigger diameter could provide stronger sealing force after assembled.
