Drum cap sealer is the tool used to seal metal cap seals onto steel drums, and it is also known as drum crimping tool. Regular drum cap sealer has two standard sizes, 2 inch and 3/4 inch, which are suitable to seal any metal cap seals of the same standard.
Drum crimping tool could be classified based on its driven method, manual or pneumatic. Manual drum crimping tool is more cost effective and suitable for small scale drum sealing, while pneumatic drum crimping tool is more suitable when higher operating efficiency is needed.

Automatic drum cap sealer needs to be driven by air pressure. Its major advantages are high efficiency and high sealing consistency. Pneumatic drum crimping tool is commonly equipped with a balancer, which helps to save labor while operating.
Depth of crimping is adjustable to meet various application conditions. Generally, the jaws of drum cap sealer will draw-in, pushing edge of the cap seal towards inside and sealing the cap seal onto the drum opening while operating.
